Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of Tuna Loin
  • 2 t Real Wasabi Paste (available from Farm 2 Market)
  • Pickled Ginger (widely available)
  • Tamari Soy sauce

Preparation:

  1. Slice tuna into pieces about 2” x 1” x 3”
  2. Neatly arrange tuna on a fancy platter, and place Wasabi, Pickled Ginger and Tamari Soy Sauce in seperate bowls.
  3. Eat tuna sashimi by dipping fish first in Wasabi and then in soy sauce mixture.
  4. Follow with small bites of Pickled Ginger.

Can be served with white rice and steamed Asparagus.
